Running my own street food business was my goal and i have successful created a brand that is well known and very popular. Operating at several street food events, weddings and festivals across the UK.

I run a very successful foodie Instagram account displaying the best in intendants, street food and major brands across the UK. I have over 45,000 followers on my account which I've thoroughly enjoyed building through engagement and tackling instagrams algorithm. This has led to me creating content for several small business and some incredible large brands such as Deliveroo, KFC, Mission Mars and H2o Publishing. Even venturing out in to some well know breweries and alcohol brands such as Stiegl, Tiny Rebal, Guinness and HOOCH. The content can range from single static images, to reels or a selection of stories. I have also won numerous awards for my content and my input into the hospitality industry.

Arranging and preparing everything needed for their street food events whilst managing their social media account and creating content. I left libertine to pursue my dream of having my own street food business.

I worked across various areas of the shop floor, working shift work and working well as a team including cross-functional with planning and engineers.I assembled and tested Actuator Pump Units and PT6 Fuel Metering Units. I am also experiences in deburring units that had come off the production line and ensuring they met all required specifications.Originally, the company was TRW, then Goodrich, then Aero Engine Controls, until Rolls-Royce bought us out; I was a key member of the team before, during and after integrating value streams and moving into a new purpose built manufacturing plant. I understand the importance of visual management, safety, quality and delivery - these are key to ensuring WIP is moving through to meet the customer delivery and quality requirements.When RR offered VR, I decided to follow my hobby and set up my own street food company and follow my dream. It’s been a great success.
