• Management of Testing phases for large scale projects, including scoping, test case creation, planning updates, execution, support, environment readiness, Defect Management and sign off. • Environment readiness. Running tests prior to change delivered to quality to ensure the environment is fully functional, to avoid lost time and added cost. Implemented automation of this with the introduction of an automation tool.• Prioritisation of Change requests & Investment projects. Ensuring delivery of the key changes / Upgrades.• Documentation of Business Requirements and functional requirements captured within BRD’s (Business Requirements Document), HLD’s (High Level Design).• Documentation of Detailed Design for functional changes and investment projects.• Sign off for my assigned portfolio of work. Gaining business sign off for the, requirements & design documents, Test scenarios and test cases, to adhere to best practice, process and stage gates.• Retrospective updates to requirements and design documentation.• Stakeholder management internal and external, throughout the lifecycle of the change, and ad-hoc when required.• Accurate reporting and logging of defects, and ensuring fixes are identified and delivered in a timely fashion.• Reviewing other Business Analysts design and requirements documentation ensuring fit for purpose solution and it is easily understood for all parties involved.• Sprint Planning and Execution for the BCM Improvements.• Planning dates and milestones within our lifecycle framework and using KPI’s and SLA’s to adhere to this.• Performance Excellence – Embedding and continuous improvement of PEx. Using tools from LEAN and PEx helped my team to re-evaluate and establish much cleaner, clearer and smooth process, for ease of delivery of change, and improved the way we work as a team.• Raising Risks, Issues & Dependencies at a programme level.
