As a Broadcast Meteorology Intern at SBG's WGME 13 location in Portland, ME my daily tasks included assisting Chief Meteorologist Charlie Lopresti in developing a forecast both short term and long term for the Southern and Central Maine communities. This included but not limited to analyzing weather charts from the National Weather Service, analyzing a variety of Numerical Weather models, designing weather graphics to display a forecast and much more. I also collected local weather spotter information and assisted in displaying this on the stations website. While conducting this internship I was also required to produce short Demo Reels of my personal forecast. These videos were saved and were a large part of this experience.

As an Intern on the Mount Washington Observatory my duties included but were not limited to Instrument Inspection, Shoveling, Research Project, Snowfall Measurement, Data Analysis, Cooking and assisting the on duty weather spotters with day to day responsibilities.
