Performs some minor maintenance repairs (such as ceiling tileinstallation, basic light replacement, unclogging toilets and snaking drains in restrooms ) when needed.● Notifies internal dispatching and vendor management staff, and external service providers regardingbuilding deficiencies and repair needs as appropriate.● Inspects and monitors proper completion of services for newly hired client employees.● Performs routine Quality Assurance procedures and inspections regarding key performance indicators ofbuilding custodial and grounds services.
