The starting point to my interest in sales was when I worked for Bata Athletes World as a young teenager. From there I moved from sales associate to assistant manager within 2 years, becoming the first assistant manager at the company to be only 16 years old.A couple years down the road I made the decision to move to the Capital from small town Powell River. This move opened up the door to a large variety of retail companies that all helped develop my skills in customer service, sales, management, and business operations. After many rewarding retail endeavors I came to The Source in 2017. That is, after owning my own cell phone accessory kiosk business for 4 years. I decided that although I loved the independence, flexibility, and personal fulfillment with owning my own business, I felt that I wanted a more secure career with a successful company that I could trust and have the opportunity to grow within.
