Having worked at Aldi since 2013 I have managed multiple stores across a range of geographic regions. Each with their own individual challenges, strengths and areas for improvements.I have learned that I thoroughly enjoy a challenge and have yet to meet one I couldn't overcome. What I enjoy most about my job is working with driven and exceptionally capable people. I have been fortunate to have been given the opportunity to lead teams of great people. I have taken great satisfaction in recruiting, training and watching these people develop and make their mark on the business.My current role at Aldi involves me helping to determine and implement best practice and procedures on all people related topics from recruitment to training and development and performance management. I believe that exceptional and sustainable results can be achieved through good management and by leading by example. I have prided myself on always striving to achieve the best possible results.
