Oversee complex tax research projects for clients in diverse industries. Prepare partnership, C Corporation and S Corporation tax returns for various entities. Significant exposure to private wealth, including 1041 and 709 returns. Undertake tax compliance assignments for current and former executives of client corporations and partners of client organizations.
