I have specialized in personal, legal, and commercial video services. For over 30 years, I have produced, edited, and testified to evidentiary videos for Atlantic City casinos and as a security consultant and expert witness. I have also created video marketing campaigns and demonstrated the power of video as an educational and training tool. I have completed over 200 short documentaries in the past decade. I have the honor of being the Official Videographer and Board trustee for Lucy The Elephant, in Margate, NJ, a 140-year-old National Historic Landmark. I have also provided video coverage of many benefit events for the South Jersey Aids Alliance. I am the proud recipient of five Garden State Journalists Memorial Awards for Broadcast Features, including two Video of the Year Awards for 2010 and 2011, presenting topics on the sacrifices of WWII Veterans, Environmental Activism, Entertainment, and The Trevor Project/Teen Suicides.

I planned, directed and coordinated activities related to protecting, and safeguarding employees, guests and visitors to the resort, as well as the security of company assets. Operating within time limitations and fiscal responsibilities, I advised senior management of deficiencies and threats to the property. I assisted in the formulation of company wide objectives, goals, and future designs. I created and implemented security procedures, protocols, and manuals relating to surveillance, basic fire and safety, OSHA, emergencies, key control, incident reporting, statistical analysis and lost and found. I functioned as the liaison with law enforcement.In my first 90 days I revolutionized the security reporting system by instituting computer based filing and work stations.I took immediate action to cease unauthorized access to the resort and assisted in successfully prosecuting illegal activities committed against the company.In October 2010, I served as Chairman of the Breast Cancer Awareness campaign "Team fantaSea-Think Pink".I also established an extensive year long corporate donation program with the Atlantic City Rescue Mission and Cell Phones for Soldiers.

I was transferred to the Welcome Center to assist in a reorganization of the Department. The Welcome Center functions as a first contact point to verify and establish guest eligibility through interviewing and examination of financial data.Extensive word processing, data entry and customer service are responsibilities of this position.

Following successful positions in both the General and In-House Sales Departments, I was promoted in 2008 to the Deeding and Contracts Department. Trained as a Verification Officer in Deeding, I also took on the responsibility of Referral Director. Referrals are a major marketing source for the sales department and I was responsible for generating and processing future business prospects at the point of sale.I am the Executive Producer of "12 Steps to the Sale", an interactive DVD training program for both new and experienced sales people. I also produced videos used by the Marketing Department to promote the three company owned resorts.

I was responsible for all Surveillance activities in the Monitor Room, Casino Floor and related areas. Coordinated activities between staff, senior management, law enforcement and legislative agencies. Training and continuing education were major responsibilities of this position.

I was responsible for monitoring the full spectrum of casino gaming operations and related activities via CCTV System, catwalks and on the casino floor.Responsibilities included documenting, through extensive report writing, and testifying to improper and illegal activities. I authored a Procedural Manual and Terminology Index, maintained a Video Training Library and conducted extensive training of new personnel.
