I was responsible for collecting and merging the Monthly Readiness Rate Reports (Army Material Status System – AMSS) from each company for the Battalion Commanders signature prior to sending to the Department of the Army. I supervised the dispatching of company level equipment to operators for each company. I performed reviews of ASL stock levels by reviewing 30, 60 , 90 180, 360 day usage reports to ensure that proper parts and quantities were stocked on each ASL for the company and battalion commanders needs to complete the mission. I created from scratch a Battle Tracking System for the Task Force Commander to properly assess his available assets for combat missions in a simulated environment, which allowed the Task Force Commander to reassign all available assets during battle simulation to be better position them on the battle field to ensure success against the Opposing Forces.
