My experiences have taught me the importance of leadership. I have continued down a career path in which my leadership and management skills have directly influenced the success of those around me. My years in the military have contributed to my individual drive, integrity and leadership capability. As a front line leader I have learned the importance of listening to the needs of others and developing a strategic plan to assist the majority. I have over 15 years of experience training others for success in either retail sales, marketing sales, union benefits, construction sales and construction services. I am considered a front line leader. I lead by example and I train/mentor for success. I am a grunt! My only fear is to fail as a team but succeed individually.
