I pride myself on my extensive capacity for operational knowledge retention, as well as my inter-personal skills which range from working with the general public to high-level executives. It is thanks to these skills that, regardless of the role I inhabit, I inevitably find myself in a position where others view me as an invaluable support resource. I often leverage this into assuming leadership roles where I lead with an example that is positive and approachable, but also direct and effective.
