I am a Technology Executive focused on driving business value through self-organizing teams. I started Net Health with Patrick Colletti and have been fortunate enough to grow the company from the ground up through multiple Private Equity investments. Net Health has had a tremendous impact on the health care industry by building purpose build Electronic Health Records and Analytics and created a wonderful culture for our employees and their families for the past 22 years. As Net Health has grown, the strengths and contributions that I bring are dwarfed by the impact of having truly engaged, high-performing teams who are multipliers of my philosophy on how to build great software. I find great personal satisfaction in positioning our teams with the freedom necessary to evolve, grow, and improve upon our current products and launch new ones.
