I am employed with Nexustek based out of Colorado. Our MSP has over 300 employees in the United States. As a Field Service Technician, I work onsite and remotely for our New England based clients. I manage client networks, physical, virtual and Azure servers. I monitor backups and test disaster recovery backups. I help maintain cloud infrastructure using Software as a Service (SaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), and Desktop as a Service (DaaS). I help clients and Nexustek create and maintain infrastructure documentation. I work with Onboarding and Offboarding teams to create and manage client employee and company infrastructure while helping client Human Resources departments. I deploy projects for our customers with the Nexustek Project Management Team.I also work with vendors to deploy new or change client infrastructure in networking. This would include but not limited to deploying switches, patch cabling, cable management, switch configuration and testing of network.
