Responsible for wellbore schematics/proposals, tubing movement, torque/drag simulations, and packer force analysis.Participates in Alternative Selection Process with Chevron including cost estimates and alternative well options considering "life of well" issues.Participates in risk and uncertainty management to ensure that alternatives and equipment critical issues are being raised and addressed.Perform case histories and look-back processes to ensure best practices and lessons learned are incorporated into new well designs.Track and report on performance of various completion equipment including perforating guns, filtration, displacements, injection mandrels, etc. as well as completion procedures looking at different types of completion designs.Coordinates for all Halliburton product service lines that work for Chevron to ensure that knowledge and critical information is being transferred and utilized.Monitor and forecast Halliburton operating efficiencies and reliabilities.

-Deliver highly technical training and educational programs on a global basis to employees as required for on-the-job training, direct product sales training, or business development curriculum in the fields of Completion Tools and Sand Control. -Design, develop, and deliver demonstration exercises and projects applying knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, and mathematics. -Conduct assessments of course objectives versus student performance, diagnosis of performance gaps such as CPI data as well as incorporating Product Service Line established competencies.-Develop global training program for Associate Technical Professionals. -Assist in developing and writing technical training material for new courses.

-Provided technical support regarding job design, job planning, and post-job analysis. -Maintained relationships and communication between field operations and design engineering as well as communication with sales representatives to support pre-job planning. -Provided an understanding of some cross-PSL knowledge such as Production Enhancement when pre-job planning. -Responsible for creating and maintaining pre-job planning workbooks, calculation worksheets, and performing tubing movement simulations as well as torque and drag models.

-Provided engineering support for refueling outage, trained refueling workers in radiation protection, and assisted design engineers in releasing design packages. -Developed Environmental Qualifications web page. -Assisted in maintaining a new workload management scheduling program, and wrote instruction manual and assisted in teaching program to management.-Monitored and set monthly goals for design engineers to make timely closures of discrepancies in design basis documents. -Created detailed drawings and measurements for the civil engineering design group to perform load analyses. -Assisted in updating fireproofing database and performed testing of database, and updated documents to reflect recent design changes.
