CurrentI am an armed protection officer. My duties as SGT/ Supervisor are as follows:Protect and serve the contract I am designated to by honoring the responsibilities and obligations stated in the contract for Echler Security & Investigations. The following responsibilities include:As SGT, I am one of three team leaders of the companyI manage day to day operationsOn-call duty Supervisor from (8am-4pm)Mange scheduling and emergenciesStanding guard up to 12 hours a day.Operating the motor patrol vehicle provided by the company while on patrol.Foot patrols of the area of the building of the contract.Maintaining professionalism at all times during encounters that can occur during shift.Always prepared for challenges given as a security guard.Taking and completing the 20 hour pistol OPOTA training course to become certified to ensure the safety of others and myself for security threats.Communicating with leadership at any time to ensure understanding of situations.
