My practice focuses on all aspects of financial services and commercial law, including complex commercial and federal litigation, bankruptcy litigation, financial restructurings, creditors' rights and other insolvency-related matters. Among others, my commercial and insolvency-related experience has included the representation of clients in a wide variety of state and federal court litigation matters, in and out-of-court restructurings, bankruptcy avoidance actions, secured transactions and other UCC matters. My practice also focuses on representing banks and other secured lenders, real estate investment companies and distressed debt investors in connection with commercial loan workouts, asset sales and disposition and related litigation, including collateral recovery. I have also developed significant experience advising and representing the interests of trade creditors and other unsecured creditors and parties-in-interest throughout all aspects of chapter 11 reorganizations and structured liquidations.I also regularly represent corporate creditors in preference proceedings and other bankruptcy litigation and all types of contested matters in bankruptcy. I am actively involved in the Turnaround Management Association (TMA), and serve as Co-Chair of the TMA New Jersey NextGen Committee.
