My educational background is in mathematics, programming, and statistics. I previously applied these skills to my work at Bank of America's Quantitative Finance department in Atlanta.While at Bank of America, I developed tools primarily in R, Python, and Perl used for a wide range of finance applications such as valuation and risk assessment of fixed-income portfolios, liquidity forecasting, etc. I also spent a significant amount of time developing our practices around continuous integration/deployment, testing and developer tools.
