Reduced overall delinquency average to 0.60%-0.70% through direct customer contact, dealing directly face-to-face, via telephone and written correspondence. Increased monitoring and response time with payments for higher delinquent loans through unique relation-ship based skip tracing methodologies during the foreclosure and repossession process. Create modification agreements to consolidate and restructure loans in an effort to avoid default.
