As a Senior Developer at CapSpecialty I am responsible for enhancing and updating our policy administration systems. The business works with our test team to generate a list of issues and enhancements and prioritize them. I work through the list in the desired order to fix the issue. I'm also responsible for various maintenance tasks (licensing, promoting releases between environments, etc.).

While at CGI I worked as a consultant. My projects were all centered around Wynsure. I worked with various companies working on implementations of Wynsure that were focused on P&C lines of business. My tasks ranged from simple screen changes and bug fixes all the way up to automating underwriting systems.

While at Cingular/AT&T Wireless I started as a Customer Service Representative who handled incoming calls from customers for billing issues and technical support. I worked my way into a position on the Resource Desk and eventually became Resource Desk Manager. The resource desk was responsible for real time monitoring of Customer Service Representatives. Other duties included generating and assigning schedules for all CSRs, and generating reports for management from various systems used to monitor the CSRs.
