Manage daily treasury/banking activity for all assets. Includes daily reconciliation of activity to maintain proper account balances within tracking system, account monitoring, account funding, fraud monitoring, wire/ACH processing, etc.* Monitor daily bank account balances for all accounts and notify senior management of problems in advance; review bank transactions for irregularities.* Perform daily wires, ACH transfers, and bank transfers from multiple accounts as needed.* Manage and maintain banking infrastructure, including banking relationships. Establish and maintain multiple accounts across a broad spectrum of banks as needed for individual assets. Work directly with asset owners senior management and hotel management to obtain all necessary paperwork for new accounts or for changes.Maintain signers for various accounts based on segregation of duties.* Establish and maintain multiple Credit Card Merchant Accounts for each asset. Work with background processors banks credit card companies property management / point of sales systems to install or change merchant numbers as needed.* Work on all aspects of banking and online access for acquisitions.* Support due diligence projects and field exams from third parties including auditors, agents, and existing banks.

Responsible for monthly cash management of approximately $230M for Yokohama group companies across 5 banks and 34 bank accounts. -Enter wire/ACH/EFT payments for multiple subsidiaries across North America and communicate each payment with Treasurer and CFO. -Generate closing journals for cash receipts/disbursements to general ledger using SAP.Prepare monthly Intercompany Loans between parent company & subsidiaries.-Prepare direct cash flow projections for parent company in Japan to assist with long-term global debt reduction goals.-Manage lockbox and controlled disbursement accounts, along with authorized signers and account maintenance

GreenAllies is a 501c-3 non-profit organization, which strives to provide education, training, and resources to empower students across the nation to put forth environmental initiatives in their communities. My Role:-Appointed Treasurer by the Board of Directors, for GreenAllies, an environmental education non-profit for students.-Track daily expenses and donations and input data using QuickBooks software to ensure $110K annual budget is maintained.-Generated quarterly Profit & Loss and Balance Sheets to present at quarterly board meetings. -Created a cash reserve investment account to cover six months of emergency expenses.

-Lead a three hour, privately guided premium conservation tour while engaging Guests through interactive storytelling.-Educate Guests on animal behavior and natural history, and inspiring conservation action. -Follow strict operating guidelines and protocol to ensure Guest and animal safety at all times. -Photograph Guests during tour, including candid and posed shots, and employ editing techniques using Aperture to upload Guest photos to private website. -Collaborate with animal care and operations teams to provide unique experiences for Guests and ensure the daily operation runs smoothly.
