• Manage a team of five staff to provide high quality and responsive IT support, locally-based on four campuses with off-site support to three external research centres.
• Prepare and manage budgets for IT services and related IT projects.
• Liaise with internal and external service providers regarding the delivery of existing services and scope of future requirements.
• Represent the Faculty on central university projects and committees to ensure that centrally managed IT services provided for the business needs of our faculty.
