Lead the Work Group in producing, tracking, and executing exercise and training support to the UASI. Produce and provide quality assurance to recommendations relating to exercise and training to other subcommittees and working groups as well as to the senior BUASI team. Provide subject matter expertise to the BUASI committees in relation to the exercise and training program. Act as the primary point of contact and administrator of the SimDeck account. Facilitate monthly meetings of the Work Group and ensure that all member jurisdictions and agencies have equal opportunities to provide input into Work Group products.This is a volunteer position and I still am the primary representative for the Baltimore City Mayor's Office of Emergency Management to the Work Group.
