My role in Park Support entails working alongside a small team whereby multi tasking is essential to cope well under pressure and to enable me to prioritise extremely high workloads. For example, several email inboxes have to be regularly checked and actioned within a set time. As I regularly work on my own, I have to take responsibility for owning and solving problems. It is often necessary to advise customers of urgent changes to their bookings and I often have to make decisions and use my initiative in order to reach a solution which suits both the customer and the company. It is important that the team work closely together in order to provide outstanding customer service. I have developed excellent working relationships with holiday parks around the UK.
