• Execute the project in compliance with clients/stakeholders’ relations and expectations with time and quality.• Prepare project documentation and projects plans (PEP, SMP, Responsibility Matrix) as required and as per individual projects requirements, in accordance with operational policies and procedures. • Regular reporting (meeting minutes, action items, schedules and financial expenditure and budget tracking).• Schedule, allocate, coordinate and manage internal and external resources that include contractors and consultants to deliver the project• Close out projects with full review so that continual improvement can be applied • Manage processes that include the gathering of requirements, quotations (RFI/RFQ), agreements (supply/procurement, contractor, sub-contractor) with consideration of risk, time, quality and commercial elements.• Monitor the supply of services and materials ensuring they are of the required quality and specification and delivery occurs according to agreed timeframes .• Manage variations including scope changes.• Manage submission of variation quotations and acceptances with client.• Determine and manage project specific risks.

• Ensuring project timelines were realistic for both the client and our installation teams. I created project schedules for site shutdowns for major data centres. This helped to establish how the work could be completed, whilst complying with work safety regulations.• Project management and engineering is a core component of MPS, and accurate budgeting is key to their credibility and success. I liaised with subcontractors to build cost comparisons to make certain that our budgets were achievable and competitive.• All decisions between the client and MPS need to be documented correctly to adhere to best business practices. To accommodate for this, I created project documentation including Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), Methods of Procedure, Organizational Charts as well as Requests for Quotation (RFQ) and Requests for Information (RFIs). These meant that best business practices were always adhered to and MPS could provide the best service and accurately track project developments while also ensuring legal security for the company.• I created proposals for large domestic solar systems which were well received by the prospective clients and in my tenure; one had been completed.• I became self-taught to a level where I could run simulations for the MPS group when the project managers were out of the office.
