About Christopher Hinkle
Software Developer focused on .NET Applications and skilled in Angular and API work. I grew up in a small town of 160 people, while working on a farm this is where I learned what hard work and dedication to one’s craft meant. Early on I had a passion for computers that stemmed from Atari, and carried through high school, where I learned AutoCAD and excelled in the technology classes. After high school I had intentions of pursuing an education in IT, unfortunately timing was not right, and I chose a sales-based career for many years. That is where I developed skills like troubleshooting, problem solving, and honed my communication skills. My hobbies include my family, fishing, and physical fitness. The gym pushes me mentally and physically to be the best I can be. With the support of my wife and family, I finally found the opportunity and time to focus on a new career path in IT by completing Centriq Training's four month intensive Full-Stack .NET Web-Dev course. What you get with me is hard work and the desire to level up along with high energy and great communication. The skills I have gained from my sales career has aided me when working through the SDLC from dissecting user stories, and communicating with the QA and BA teams. With my first opportunity under my belt, I have gained so much appreciation for breaking everything into small achievable tasks. I have gained an insatiable hunger for MORE!!
