My journey has been marked by a relentless commitment to growth and a genuine passion for helping others in leadership roles.Throughout my career, I've honed essential skills in leadership, mentorship, program management, strategic planning, and team collaboration. From managing complex projects and optimizing workforce strategies to driving streamlined processes and achieving mission-aligned outcomes. I’ve been the senior member on multiple administrative separation review boards. I've demonstrated a strong track record of delivering results in dynamic environments, such as preparing personnel and departments for long deployments and managing a department in the Horn of Africa for a year.Beyond my professional pursuits, I have a diverse set of interests and passions. From a love for customer service and mentoring to enjoying a good workout or a game of pickleball (seriously, don't knock it until you try it), my life is filled with a rich tapestry of experiences. I find joy in spending time with my two dogs, exploring new culinary delights, and even engaging in friendly games of darts and cornhole.Life is truly great, and I'm eager to continue making a positive impact on the world around me while applying my skills to drive success.
