CurrentHead of IT For Electronics as well as SatComS- Overseeing multiple data center;- Overseeing 5 different legal entities IT operations, security & services;- To manage a dynamic team of IT Managers, Application Developer, Network Engineers, Server Engineers, Field Engineers and Helpdesks;- To project manage the new building shifting, i.e. to move network infrastructure, servers, workstations and cabling;- To oversee 3 different companies' network, application development (integration of applications to the SAP), helpdesk and IT Security;- To manage the external hosting and other IT vendors both locally and regionally;- Provide recommendations on the purchase of computer hardware and software;- To supervise and manage IT Administration functions such as backups, disaster recovery, hardware, software licensing, firewall, intrusion prevention system, endpoint security, data loss protection;- To help to define business IT requirements in conjunction with other business functions, including logistics, production and human resources and selection and implementation of appropriate software;- IT Budgeting;- Change Management;- Good knowledge of business & support processes and relevant software project management experience;- Ensure that all areas of IT operations such as infrastructure, systems, email, WAN, disaster recovery are in proper running order if any disaster strikes.- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) requirements finding and implementation using Microsoft CRM;- SAP Support;- Implementation of SharePoint for Corp Intranet & Business Intelligence.- Responsible for planning, supervising and directing the migration of data center, network, telephony system & servers to another new building.- Project Management - Exchange Email Active Directory Migration- Project Management - SAP ECC migration to S/4 HANA;- Consolidation of IT operation, AD, network from 5 different legal entities into 1 legal entity.
