I am a third year student at the University of Southern California, studying Business Administration with a Marketing emphasis. I love marketing because of its opportunity for empathy and its limitless interdisciplinary advantages.I have a background in customer service and tutoring, and a passion for working with and helping others. I have worked in many retail positions, earning the title of "Employee of the Month" at Hollister Co. and eventually being recruited to the management team at Leslie's Poolmart as a Sales Lead. Additionally, I have worked with multiple tutoring programs, including the USC Athletic department, where I supported student athletes with one-on-one tutorial sessions. Through these experiences, I have learned that any problem can be solved by creating an atmosphere of trust and understanding.I am currently the Head of Consulting for the USC chapter of the American Marketing Association, where I lead multiple teams that develop data-driven marketing strategy to best support our clients' needs. This position has given me the opportunity to develop my leadership skills and understand just what it takes to lead a successful team. It has also allowed me to work in a real world setting and apply my knowledge and experience in fulfilling and impactful ways.
