Responsible for the build-out of DPR's new Net Zero Energy Office (first in DC Metro Area) in Reston, VA. The project consisted of demoing the 20,000sf second floor a 7-year-old vacant building to the structure and facade, adding (77) joists to support the roof mounted PV array, shoring the facade in two locations for the install of two new entrances, a completely new MEP system, and high-end fit-out all in 22-weeks. Managed 39 subcontractors and the $6.2M contract as well as met DPR's top executives timeline and expectations.

ASUF at 1800 I St NW: Responsible for critical structures on a project saving the facade of a 100 year old building including facade bracing, building monitoring, new large storefront opening sequencing. Led the BIM Coordination effort on the project that resulted in significant up-front redesign prior to installation due to the modifications of the HVAC system with the new Green Building Code.
