Joined the company as construction was being finalised on one of the units I was set to manage. Oversaw complete kitchen install, communicating with required contractors as needed. Launched a successful opening of one unit whilst simultaneously running a second unit. Staff management, ordering, weekly p/l and financial reporting responsibility, as well as site management of two sites. Business closed due to contract ending and new opportunity presenting itself to grow. I found working in these launching scenarios highly satisfying and is something I am looking to explore further as a career.
