-Gather and analyze intelligence to present to the Force Transportation Board depicting summary of executed movements, movement violations, and incidents that occured within the previous 24 hour period as well as planned movements for the upcoming 48 hour period.-Identify methods to streamline critical ground convoy movement process.-Managed, deconflicted, and monitored all administrative and logistical ground movements as well as escorted materials transiting on multi national assets in support of sustainment operations.-Responsible for communicating relevant intelligence reports and current status of road networks with subordinate, adjacent, and higher units.

-Plan and supervise all logistical needs for 15 Assault Amphibious Vehicles and 52 Marine personnel. -Provide guidance to section leaders on mentoring, leadership, and development of subordinate Marines.-Implement, execute, and evaluate all training standards and common skills training for all 52 Marines at each level of leadership. -Maintain and track all administrative and medical readiness of the platoon.
