• Accountable for building shipments in OTM that match Schreiber Food’s Specifications• Responsible for assigning shipments to drivers to make on time delivery• Gained ability to creatively solve issues that may arise with shipments, drivers and/or equipment • Works with Schreiber shipping and receiving to ensure proper flow of product and information• Required to oversee account and drivers in account manager’s absence

• Responsible to collaborate with customer service and area planners to save loads for on time delivery• Obtained knowledge and enforces safety rules and regulations• Required to handle driver calls and work through questions, concerns or issues• Gained experience reading driver work assignments and determining hours and availability
