My duties included the protection of company revenue and assets through high visibility patrols on trains and stations also through joint working with outside agencies to combat antisocial behaviour and crime within the Southeastern network. This role also required reports to be filled in regarding incidents and accidents that occurred whilst on duty or that had been reported to us by members of public. Whilst I was acting as team leader for the Bromley NPT it was my duty to compile weekly and periodic reports on the performance of the team. Using intelligence gathered though train and station patrols trends could be determined to enable the most efficient use of staff. In this role i have received training on how to report people under railway bylaws and issue MG11 (magistrate guidance 11) forms so that our prosecutions department can take offenders to court, this requires a high level of integrity and a professional approach to situations that could be violent or put myself and colleagues at risk.I have created from scratch a contact form that is now used by the SPOCs (single points of contact) for their visits to problem stations. Using this form Revenue protection managers can task staff to combat problems and reduce crime and antisocial behaviour on southeastern stations.I have recently created and used onboard our services a questionnaire for the Revenue and enforcement manager, this questionnaire was to find what people thought of our services (HS1, London Metro and our mainline services) in one word. I then compiled this data into statistical charts showing the difference in perception of the service provided by these different lines and also how different people use these services. My manager then presented this data at an onboard management forum and tasked the relevant managers to act on the data.
