Christopher Horton Email and Phone Number
First and foremost, I love efficiency. We live and work in a world which has become overly complicated with so much choice, so many options, so many directions to take, but it doesn't always have to be complicated, it doesn't always have to be done the hard way. Developing solutions to make peoples lives easier has become my passion. From the earlier stages of my career, developing new solutions for testing aircraft systems, I've known this is my thing. In the recent years this has had everything to do with business operations, joining up the dots between the complex processes and user interactions and making this seem simple, presenting a complex world in a really understandable way. My specialty is figuring out what is going on, making sense of it, and allowing people to interact with it in a way that feels easy. Drawing in the right data and bringing valuable insight to make decisions, whilst also allowing people to feel engaged. Whether this has been to develop teams I've led, go the extra step on projects I've managed, developing strategies, or to enhance business functions, having insight opens up endless opportunities to understand, ideate and innovate. There is a distinct pleasure in facilitating people to make better decisions, but not necessarily making the decision for them.
