Group HR Manager I am responsible for covering the hotels in the UK, Prague and Ireland as well as head offices in Dublin, Birmingham. My role is to assist Head of HR with the development and the HR overall Strategy for the group and work with my team of specialists in the UK and Ireland to deliver our strategy to our 2000 plus employees. Our 2015 focus continues to be centered on Compliance, Employee Engagement, Attraction & Retention and Developing Talent. We have also successfully transitioned eight hotels into the Jurys Inn brand. Our overall HR strategy is making Jurys Inns a great place to work, within my role I am responsible for ensuring we have the right people in the right role doing the right job.I work closely with the Head of HR and Head of Learning and Development. I also work alongside the Regional Operations Managers and Senior Leadership team across all areas in the business - revenue, sales, marketing, finance, shared services and operations to support them in all HR matters and with the Hotels as well as to working with the hotels General Managers and HR Managers.
