As a people leader of a partner support team, I am responsible for keeping my team updated with new information or processes, dispensing work/projects to team members as needed, and providing guidance and support for my team as they encounter challenges or frustrations, or are simply want to discuss their career development. Additionally, much of my time is spend syncing with the other leaders in my department on changes or decisions that need to be made; or collaborating with leadership from other departments to find solutions to challenges---both large and small---that are affecting one or more departments. Providing feedback, listening to other people, and advocating for people, are all crucial aspects of this manager role.

As a Provisioning Specialist on the Service Delivery Infrastructure Team, I was responsible for ensuring our partners received the products they needed for their customers. This meant diagnosing and correcting API errors, completely manual steps for processes that weren’t automated, facilitating Change of Channel of subscriptions between Pax8 and other providers in the Channel, collaborating with stakeholders in other departments, and providing guidance to my less experienced teammates.
