Practice Area(s): Environmental Compliance and Enforcement, Commercial Litigation - Prepare memoranda, reports, and legal documents on matters pertaining to federal and state statutory and regulatory matters;- Review, analyze, organize, and manage large volumes of discovery documents;- Coordinate with senior attorneys to identify key litigation evidence;- Draft and respond to discovery requests, including requests for production and interrogatories;- Investigate and analyze permits filed under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, Clean Water Act, and corresponding Texas statutes and regulations;- Review and analyze corporate contracts; - Assist senior attorneys with preparing witnesses for trial;- Assist senior attorneys with depositions.
