•Experience with Internet, MPLS and Private Line products•Maintain working knowledge of vendors, product offerings, and promotional pricing to source the lowest cost solution•Provide accurate pricing verification, confirming pricing and availability with vendors, breaking out individual elements of each circuit for ordering purposes, and compiling all necessary documentation for orders •Coordinating projects with sales, all levels of management, and other team members in a complex team environment

•Manage online and face to face market research studies concurrently as the point of contact within the Operations Team•Involved in consultation of study estimation, overall study design, sample sources, vendor selection and management, study launch and ongoing management of the study•Prepare reports for Client Service teams regarding statuses of projects•Manage between 15-20 market research studies at a time

Assist with payroll data system, including database management, data entry and queriesConduct CNC programming for cabinet manufacturingAssist senior business and technical staff in achieving business goals
