i have about 25 years of experience in all types of floors floating finishing sanding concrete floors, i very familiar with residential homes where people are living in the types of flooring like glue down wood, laminate, tile, vinyle, carpet, carpet squares, double stick carpeting which mainly is used in motels vct which is used in most churches and schools.Moving furniture which is no problem for me. u give me a blue print of the job and u dont even need to be at home it will like like no one has been their only thing different is that u will have new floors sonif ur looking for the efficent working safe and clean surrounding of working thats me. i will work hard if i need to stay over normal hours to finish i will as long as u need me too also i guarantee all my labor with a life time warrantty. if anything goes wrong with the labor i will fix it for free as long as is not been messed with by anyone but me. 'you will not have any problems in my work also senior citizens and churches atomaticaly recieve a 20 % discount and sometimes if u need that floor installed and caint afford all the labor at once i work with u and still install the floor long as i can get a written agreement from the home owner signed and dated) the agreement #,€/0 I also i will sonetimes do a little volunteer work for churches and seinor citizens. if i have to travel anywhere thats over 10 to 15 miles for me i do charge a one time trip charge depend ing on how far it is for me. 30 bucks is all i charge a one time fee thanks and god bless.
