Hello there!I'm a graduate student pursuing an MA in "International Peace and Conflict Resolution" at the School of International Service at American University. I grew up moving back and forth between Beirut, Berlin, and NYC which ultimately spiked my interest in foreign affairs and international relations.I'm completing my internship at the "Insitute of World Affairs" where I work on their Youth Violence Prevention program. I will start a new internship with "Churches for Middle East Peace" in June. My past experiences also include an internship at the "International Republican Insitute" office in Yerevan, Armenia. In my free time, I'm active in the Armenian community as well as the Graduate Student Council where I serve as an elected student senator. My interests lie in policy analysis, lobbying work, conflict resolution, negotiation, and peacebuilding. I have quite some experience working with youths as well.I would describe myself as a team player who thinks outside the box. I am not shy to pitch an idea or ask for help. My organizational skills help me stay on top of deadlines even when juggling multiple projects simultaneously. I adapt well to fast-paced work environments and am motivated by my desire to make a change in the world. I look forward to being in touch with you!
