Contracted to straighten out the Toyota, SCUV Honda machining process. Evaluated the machine's and wrote standard work procedures.Manage engineering & manufacturing change information and assignment of manufacturing procedures. Support the timely manufacture of high volume production parts and samples using automated assembly and 3 to 5 axis machining equipment.• Work individually, and in cross functional teams, to improve manufacturing process safety, productivity, efficiency, consistency and cost.• Support new product, process, and equipment launch.• Provide process documentation (including PFMEAs, Process Flow Diagrams, capability and work studies) and other support for all manufacturing related APQP functions. • Support production and maintenance as needed on daily processing equipment adjustments, breakdowns, start-ups, tool changes, etc.• Determine root cause analysis of internal and external customer concerns for continuous improvement.• Design and make detailed drawings of parts, fixtures, tooling, gauging, etc.• Worked overtime as necessary to complete essential job duties and meet project timelines.• Perform other duties as assigned to support manufacturing facility operation.
