Oversee all daily drilling operations, Mentor rig personal and promote positive communication between front line workers and company management. Keep the rig and site in compliance with state and federal regulations, document and report all daily site activities, schedule maintanance on rig equipment and replace all supplies as needed to continue daily drilling operations without delays.
