DCS OPERATOR / LNG PLANT OPERATOR AT GREENVILLE LNG.(Dec 2022 till date ). * Understanding the Distributed Control System in Connection with the process plant outside thereby initiating actions on the SCADA(Industrial Computer/Programmable Logic Controller) that sends signals to the plant equipment to achieve a desired output from the sent input/Signal.* Steady stable dispensation of LNG at the required discharge pressure to factories/industries for consumption to generate energy.*Taking note of the system alarms on the SCADA and identifying any abnormalities/emergencies that needs quick response to normalize/Stabilize the plant process. *Ability to bypass the DCS and UPS in cases of power outages,thereby running the process plant manually in order to maintain the stability of the plant.*Successful offloading of LNG from the truck/skid into cryogenic Storage tanks with minimal or no Shortages.*Observation of Health,Safety and Environmental working conditions in order to be safe and to also keep the plant equipments safe.

EXTERNAL FIELD OPERATOR AT KADUNA REFINING AND PETROCHEMICAL COMPANY. 2010 to 2022. *Carried out smooth plant Operations during Start up and Shut down of the plant. *Maintained Smooth and stable running of the plant by Observing Plant equipments principles of Operations. Equipments such as pumps, Compressors,heat exchangers, Heaters,Columns,Control valves, Drums, air fin coolers, Vaporizers,PRMS, e.t.c. *Observed and regulated the parameters such as temperature,pressure,level and Flow rate of the various plant equipment to ensure products are on Specification.* Prepared plant equipments for maintenance activities and preserved plant equipments with nitrogen gas during idle status to avoid Corrosion/rusting. *Carried out regular house keeping of the plant and plant equipment. *Effective and clear communication with the control room Operator in carrying out plant operations during normal plant processes and in cases of emergencies .*Observed Health, Safety and Environmental working conditions in order to be safe and to also keep the plant equipments safe.
