Data Integrity Coordinator - Asset Maintenance
CurrentResponsible for maintaining and ensuring the accuracy, quality, and integrity of electrical distribution structures and facilities data within the AMFM model, Field View, and Single Line Diagram systems.Create, modify, and rescale data records in AMFM and Field View including detecting, correcting errors in design models and data records, and ensuring consistency in electrical infrastructure and equipment deployed by FortisAlberta Inc.Maintain AMFM land base files and data index shapes; enter third-party temporary land base information. AMFM database queries and spreadsheets (e.g. generate month-end reports for customer counts, line stats, pole stats, line patrol, line patrol detail, total PRU assets by vintage, joint-use information for billing, Alberta 1-Call underground locations, PRU salvages).Refreshable spreadsheets to detect problems with AMFM data as well as for specific users (e.g. Protection and Control group for a listing of protective devices; Standards for a listing of structures; Planning for a list of line number in use).Shape reporting (e.g. reporting specified inventory within defined boundaries (e.g. municipalities, Service Points, First Nations, urban areas). On-going end-user support to users of Operational Plotting, troubleshoot plotting issues, test changes to plotting, and create display controls for customized maps.Prepare detailed drawings using alternate graphical software specific to project requirements.Transform standard structure drawings into 3-D drawings using computer-based drawing programs.Developing and maintaining all new or existing 3D drawings for the Standard Structure drawing.Develop and deliver training courses/materials/programs for AMFM and Field View end-users and to provide on-going technical support to AMFM and Field View users. Continuously develop and update standards documentation for 3-D drawings and standard structure drawings.
