• Partner with team leads and subject matter experts to design and create interactive learning solutions that enable employees to appropriately upskill themselves• Coordinate and collate companywide training needs for executive review and approval• Develop performance support materials - training aids, exercises and other educational resources to ensure learning solutions meet employees’ needs• Compile, interpret and analyze reporting results from training programs to aid in determining action plans• Facilitate the development materials for corporate training across levels in the organization, including leadership team• Provide support and coordination for trainings including sending training invitations, preparation/posting of training materials, communicating needs to IT • Implementation and interpretation of competency based assessment tools for companies in the private and public sector• Facilitate trainings for both private and public sector• Developing training contents for both local and international organization in the private and public sector.• Plan, coordinate, direct, and design all service delivery activities of the organization, as well as provide direction and support for Global IT solutions that enhance mission-critical business operations.• Work closely functional department heads to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective solutions for all aspects of the organization.• Establish and manage relationships with strategic partners and solution vendors and ensure that service levels are achieved or exceed

• Creating competitive, efficient and scalable recruiting strategies to attract top talent• Post job openings to relevant networks, communities, associations, job boards, social media, etc.• Manage recruitment end-to-end, including screening, coordination and interviewing to fill open positions• Maintain accurate records for recruitment and selection process within our Recruitment Database • Liaise with hiring managers, maintain control throughout the process while keeping the process moving and updating candidates• Build and enable an operational and data driven approach to recruiting• Conduct analysis;o interview the client's employees, management team and other stakeholders;o Identify and developing high performing employees and managers using competency enabling assessments.o prepare business proposals and presentations;o present findings and recommendations to clients;o implement recommendations/solutions and ensure the client receives the necessary assistance to carry it all out;• Track, analyze and report data on sourcing, conversion, time to fill and diversity efforts to understand the efficacy of sourcing strategies and drive improvements as needed• Refining jobs specs, and providing guidance as needed to get the right candidate for the job
