Enterprise Solutions Consultant
Current• Partner with team leads and subject matter experts to design and create interactive learning solutions that enable employees to appropriately upskill themselves• Coordinate and collate companywide training needs for executive review and approval• Develop performance support materials - training aids, exercises and other educational resources to ensure learning solutions meet employees’ needs• Compile, interpret and analyze reporting results from training programs to aid in determining action plans• Facilitate the development materials for corporate training across levels in the organization, including leadership team• Provide support and coordination for trainings including sending training invitations, preparation/posting of training materials, communicating needs to IT • Implementation and interpretation of competency based assessment tools for companies in the private and public sector• Facilitate trainings for both private and public sector• Developing training contents for both local and international organization in the private and public sector.• Plan, coordinate, direct, and design all service delivery activities of the organization, as well as provide direction and support for Global IT solutions that enhance mission-critical business operations.• Work closely functional department heads to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective solutions for all aspects of the organization.• Establish and manage relationships with strategic partners and solution vendors and ensure that service levels are achieved or exceed
