This past summer i worked as an intern for The Hampshire Companies. I learned how real estate companies go about investing and financing. My job consisted of making summary reports of investment opportunity properties; this included taking pictures of the property, getting copies of the buildings blueprints, and summarizing financial information on the property. Also, i worked with the financing group making spreadsheets based on closings and financial position.

My second job this summer was working in Banquet at the Bernards Inn. I worked as a waiter and bus-boy on nights that they had an event, such as a wedding or cocktail party. This job helped me learn more of the business management and hospitality part of business.

I worked organizing the inventory room, working the cash register, helping customers with product advice, and tagging/logging inventory in the computer.
