I am a recent graduate from Western Colorado University. I received a Bachelor of Science with a major in Mathematics and a double minor in Computer Science and Physics. During my time there, I have held a number of tutoring jobs in addition to working as a supplemental instructor (SI) for calculus and physics before becoming a mentor for the SI program. Two time participant in the Colorado Space Grant robotic challenge and I had the opportunity to perform astronomical spectroscopy at the Gunnison Valley Observatory under an internship for my school. I have a serious passion for math, physics, and the sciences and I am ecstatic to apply these skills to a career in cybersecurity. I have recently obtained the CompTIA Security+ certification alongside the TestOut Security Pro certifacation and am now pursuing an apprenticeship in the field.
