Helped lead the fire, safety, and medical programs for the ship including the training and monthly drills for all 15 members. Created daily/monthly work and purchase lists for the deck side of operations while in port. Helped with interviews for the deck team that I was in charge of. The yacht spent six months in the shipyard for a refit, so I managed daily and weekly project lists. kept vessel well-stocked, clean and ready for expected demands.
