Compulsive thought-sharer, obsessive detail-finder, extraordinarily skilled coffee-drinker, enemy of poor solutions and band-aid approaches.Been in IT since 2008; most of my experience is with service providers, so I have seen the good, the bad, and the ugly. Most importantly, I know how to turn the ugly into good and the good into better.I have a very wide skillset, but my primary focuses are e-mail/messaging, M365 (top to bottom), and infrastructure. I also moonlight quite a bit in compliance, infosec/opsec, identity systems (AD, Okta, etc), and endpoint management (both physical and virtual).Something not everyone thinks about: many can make a thing work. Making that thing work securely and reliably is true mastery. That's what I'm after.
