I have been working in the telecommunications field for 10+ years, most recently as a Network Designer at Fulton hogan. I have been involved in the construction and handover of the Nbn rollout throughout Perth Metro and regional areas in all aspects from Telstra exchange to customer end point equipment. With 7 years hands on experience on construction and cable hauling teams I have developed a strong knowledge of the communications network with a focus on safety and quality at all times. I have worked on and lead cable hauling crews, pit & pipe network construction and repair teams, coaxial network upgrades, copper hauling and jointing, fibre optic hauling and mechanical splicing, and customer equipment installs and fit off.I have maintained a constantly learning approach that led to me joining the design team where I am proud to have maintained a 95%+ rate of helping projects be completed on-time and within budget. As part of the design team I was proud to always be looking for ways to reduce costs and deliver quality service to customers on the Enterprise Ethernet rollout. I look forward to continuing my career in telecommunications field and bringing high speed service to customers wherever they may be and whatever challenges may arise to provide them with the service they expect and deserve.

  Responsible for scoping and planing of HFC and FTTC network rollout to end users in the Perth metro area. Daily duties included verification of existing network infrastructure and suitability assessment for commencing works as well as putting forward design suggestions for areas where existing network or proposed designs were unsuitable. Reporting on a daily basis and email submissions of all works was always maintained to required standards. On occasion I was also responsible for quality audits of sub contractor works to ensure quality and industry standards were being met.
